Sutton Maintenance Limited was established in 1977 under the Sutton Group Services banner, promoting Commissioning and Maintenance expertise within the London Building Industry and Offshore Oil Exploration Industry.

Since then, we have made a major capital investment in specialist equipment, instrumentation, computerisation, vehicles and premises to ensure an efficient, prompt service to meet our clients’ varying requirements.

However, our greatest asset is our dedicated and experienced staff who are not only qualified in their respective fields but regularly attend product, discipline update and legislative courses in maintaining our expertise.

Sutton has five Regional offices in Glasgow, Luton, Maidstone, Manchester and Newcastle with its International base in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Sutton Maintenance is administered from our Luton office with an established Management and Quality support to ISDN 9002 structure and Help Desk in support of our 100+ engineers and technicians.
