This delegation allows our clients’ Facilities Manager to receive, report and manage his internal “customers” and to use the Sutton Management core contractors to carry out their works without interruption to our clients’ business

In “contracting out” all support facilities under one FM contract is not only cost effective due to National contracts discounts as the co-ordinated planning of all site activities minimises multiple access to the same area for different trades, reducing the encumbrance of our clients’ staff.
